This banana bread recipe couldn't be easier and is perfect for baking novices. It might actually be the easiest banana cake we've got on our site, too.
Take all the ingredients and tip into the food processor. Then just whiz until you have a smooth batter. Pour into your prepared baking tin and then just bake for an hour.
The riper the bananas, the better the flavour. We've decorated ours with banana chips, but if you don't have them, no problem. It will still be delicious.
If you'd prefer a banana bread recipe that's egg-free or gluten-free banana bread we've got you covered.
