3 x 600g tubs fresh tomato and basil soup
zest and juice of 1 lemon
1/4-1/2tsp Tabasco sauce
(2 fl oz) vodka, optional
(11oz) fresh tortelloni or ravioli in your favourite flavour
In a large pan, gently heat the soup until piping hot. Add the lemon zest and juice, Tabasco and vodka, if using. Season with plenty of black pepper.
Add the pasta and cook in the soup until tender – about 1-2min. Divide among 4 warm soup bowls and serve.
