You can't say no to anything wrapped in bacon. These low-carb "fries" turn a regular slice of avocado into something extraordinary. We've included an oven-baked version as well as an air fryer version down below.

For oven- Preheat oven to 220ºC (200ºC fan). Slice each avocado into 8 equally-sized wedges. Wrap each wedge in bacon, cutting bacon if needed. Place on a baking tray, seam side down.
- Bake until bacon is cooked through and crispy, 12 to 15 minutes.
- Serve with ranch dressing.
For air fryer- Slice each avocado into 8 equally-sized wedges. Wrap each wedge with a strip of bacon, cutting bacon if needed.
- Working in batches, arrange in air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 200°C for 8 minutes until bacon is cooked through and crispy.
- Serve warm with ranch.
